Overview
Munro Academy’s Elementary Summer Day Camp provides engaging weekly themes and activities for children ages 4–11 at our Balls Creek campus. We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team (Director, Assistant Director, Counselor). This program is an extension of Munro Academy, a global Christian school fostering a caring environment where every child is known, valued, and inspired.

Duration: 8 weeks
Hours: 35 hours/week (280 total hours)
Wage: $16.75/hour
Conditions: meaningful, indoor, and outdoor work in an active, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Work under the leadership of the Director and the Assistant Director
- Supervise and lead groups of children
- Facilitate games, learning activities, and outdoor programming
- Ensure safety, well-being, and inclusion of all participants
- Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and operations
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children/youth is an asset
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with initiative and leadership qualities
- Eligible for Canada Summer Jobs
